Kelsey Garrett is a Loan Partner at Cityscape Home Mortgage and assists Loan Officers from preapproval to closing making sure that each file stays on track and closes on time. Kelsey is an excellent communicator and sends out weekly updates to all parties on loan files each week.   Kelsey had been in the mortgage industry for about 4 ½ years prior to joining Cityscape Home Mortgage.  Born and raised in the Tulsa area, Kelsey enjoys time spent with family, friends, and enjoys exploring all the great things Tulsa has to offer.
