We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in the mortgage industry with Tulsa’s best mortgage team. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who has the ability to work well within a group setting. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys goal-setting, building relationships with clients and referral partners, and someone detailed who enjoys both the sales aspect of our industry as well as the finance side. No experience required we will train the right person. This is a commission sales position.

The ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; weighing customer satisfaction issues with the Company’s exposure to loss or fraud and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions.
